The Position

• Implement the E2E BPM strategy according to guardrails set by the E2E Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) and GBPMs.
• Design and overhaul global and cross-divisional processes, ensuring they are state-of-the-art and fit for purpose for dedicated work packages.
• Lead project initiatives to deliver comprehensive solutions, including processes, technology, and analytics, while ensuring robust execution and compliance monitoring.
• Manage and prioritize change requests and drive related projects in line with the strategic roadmap, with support from GBPM and GBPS teams.
• Document process requirements and ensure proper implementation through guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures, providing day-to-day support for business acceptance.
