Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated Treasury Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to our financial operations. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for analyzing financial data, this role is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liquidity Management: Take an active role in monitoring and optimizing our cash positions, facilitating key cash movements including upstreaming, investments, redemptions, and FX trades to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Bank Account Management: Collaborate on streamlining our bank account structures by assisting with account openings and closures. Manage cash-ins for our Amazon brands, working closely with the Commercial department to optimize cash flow.
  • Cash Management: Contribute to accurate cash balance reporting and play a crucial role in the release of restricted funds, ensuring financial flexibility and efficiency.
  • Trade Finance: Helping to have full visibility and accessibility of operational cash
  • Interdepartmental Support: Provide essential assistance across departments, including payment investigations, coordinating with legal on control agreements, aiding FP&A with cash analysis, handling audit requests, and more, ensuring seamless financial processes throughout the company.

To succeed in this role you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferably, some experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, ensuring you can work effectively with others.
  • A keen attention to detail, essential for managing financial tasks accurately.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Kyriba, which is recommended.
  • Are proficient in English at a C1 level, with basic knowledge of German or Spanish being a plus
