WHO WE NEED:

To succeed in this role, the Relationship & Research Manager will need a particular skill set. For this position, those include:

  • Other Essential Skills
  • 3 or more years of experience in global business development, relationship management, or a similar role. Organized real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, while consistently delivering high quality results.
  • Must be flexible and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to meet deadlines, while consistently delivering high quality results.
  • Ability to work as a team as well as independently when necessary.
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally, to ensure successful results.
  • Must exhibit excellent phone and in person etiquette.
  • Must have excellent active listening skills, and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive business decisions.
  • Must be detail oriented, excellent time management skills and documentation ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
  • Must be able to travel internationally and domestically as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills, both practiced and impromptu.
  • Understands the techniques required to develop, maintain, and manage business relationships with customers and partner organization to identify new business opportunities for Stellar.
  • Must be able to interact successfully with various customers, Executives, and key influencers.
  • Must be friendly, courteous, and professional in manner and appearance.
  • Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and the ability to adopt to fast changing environment.
  • Ability to research and coherently explain findings on a wide range of topic.
  • Experience seeking and developing growth and business opportunities for organizations.
  • Strong understanding of global business environments, with experience in sourcing, researching, and evaluating opportunities in global markets.
  • Must be collaborative and committed to the goals and values of the organization.
  • Must embody, by example, the core values of the organization and be committed to the culture of success outlined in the corporate objectives.
  • Must be team oriented, results driven and willing to embrace personal accountability and to hold team members to the same standard.
  1. Essential Physical Skills
  • Acceptable vision and hearing (with or without correction)
  • Bending on occasion and lifting up to approximately 20 pounds occasionally
  • Standing and walking approximately 8 or more hours a day
  • Talking and sitting for long periods of time, approximately 8-10 hours a day
  • Writing and/or typing for long periods of time, approximately 8-10 hours a day

  1. Education, Certifications, and Software Skills
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft products, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to obtain certifications relative to the position and attendance at off-site meetings, and internal corporate training certifications.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
