The UI Designer will play a key role in crafting user-centric digital products and services through exceptional design practices. This hybrid position in Mississauga requires expertise in modern design tools, strong attention to usability and accessibility standards, and the ability to collaborate within an agile environment to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing recent work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Marvel, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Axure, and Principle.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for testing and presenting design concepts.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and human-centered design practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in copywriting, marketing communications, coding, data science, analytics, or cognitive psychology.
• Familiarity with service design principles and technical aspects of UI/UX.
• Passion for learning new technologies and delivering innovative solutions.
