We are currently seeking experienced UX Designers to join our dynamic team as our company and projects continue to expand. Based in our Budapest office or at our client’s site, you’ll have the chance to shape impactful, user-centered solutions in a vibrant, growth-oriented environment. We’re looking for a proactive UX professional with a strong portfolio, effective client management skills, and solid English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design projects independently, from initial concept through to final implementation.
• Conduct in-depth UX research to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviours.
• Carry out benchmarking and competitive analysis to create unique, user-centered solutions that stand out in the market.
• Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to inform both UX and UI aspects of product design and development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UI designers, to ensure cohesive design implementation.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for ongoing refinement and improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX design.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct UX research and translate findings into actionable, user-centered designs.
• Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping with Figma.
• Excellent client management and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard benchmarking practices and design methodologies.

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with UI design and knowledge of visual design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean UX
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
• Experience working with remote teams or in an international environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, or similar for user behaviour analysis.
