UX Designer
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our development team. As a UX designer in the Channels department at Tietoevry Banking, you will be part of our dynamic, autonomous, and cross-functional teams. Our teams are responsible for various aspects of functionality within client interfaces for bank employees, as well as online banking solutions for payments and cards, accounts, and other segments. You will work closely with developers, project managers, product owners, as well as our customers.
Your work will be conducted in both Norwegian and English, both in writing and verbally.

• User insights and mapping user journeys
• Design-driven product development
• Leading the design process
• Information architecture
• UX/UI design
• Prototyping
• Design systems

Who are you?

• You are passionate about great user experiences and “design thinking”
• You have the ability to see both user needs and business needs
• 3-5 years of experience in UX design with a Bachelor’s degree in UX design or work experience in the industry
• Curious, engaged, and passionate about professional development with strong collaboration skills
• Knowledge and experience with agile methodology
• Strong visual presentation skills and communication skills both written and verbal, in English and Norwegian

It is also an advantage if you:

• Have technical understanding and experience with HTML/CSS
• Have knowledge of accessibility (UU) and WCAG
• Have experience using design systems, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Have the ability to create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Understand design across different devices and screen sizes (responsive design)
