EXPERTISE & SOFT SKILLS: WHAT YOU OFFER

Completed banking training with a master’s degree in business administration or additional qualification as a banking specialist/banking economist.
Minimum relevant professional experience in structured finance of 5 years and minimum title of Senior Associate equivalent.
Preferably, knowledge of the real estate market, the main actors, clients, activities, products and services or of the IB products of the bank.
Leadership personality with high level of commitment, integrity and pragmatic approach.
Ability to identify clients’ needs and provide them with an appropriate solution, offering a seamless customer experience.
Characteristics such as team spirit, communication strength and flexibility.
Preferably German speaker and English language skills (C1 Level).

Responsibilities:

Contribution to the origination and execution of commercial real estate financings (asset-backed and/or corporate) and coverage of institutional real estate clients.
Contribution to the management of client relationships. Develop and maintain client contacts on a project basis at respective client level.
Analysis of potential new debt opportunities (senior, junior, mezz) in terms of suitable sponsor, asset quality/security, suitable cash flow coverage, risks, mitigants, pricing and returns.
Supporting the full deal cycle including origination, underwriting and structuring real estate transactions for clients.
Based on client and market information, assess risk, taking into account profitability requirements. Development of risk adequate financing structures, based on financial modeling, cash flow analysis and comparables.
Monitoring of portfolio files including internal reporting.
Guarantees compliance with the principle of protecting customer interests in the marketing of products and services and ensures that all team members act with ethical integrity, in accordance with the Group’s Code of Conduct.
Interact with other business lines within the bank in Germany and beyond in the context of the origination and coverage responsibilities (DCM, ECM, M&A, Syndicate, GM,…).
