WHO WE NEED:

We’re seeking a Vice President Engineering to drive the expansion of Thryve’s powerful SaaS data engine. With a background in software engineering and system architecture, you’re combining technical skills with competent leadership to define and deliver high-quality solutions at a rapid pace. You’re structuring and guiding the tech team, ensuring motivation and efficient feature delivery, from requirement engineering to QA approval. You love the dynamic of a growing B2B SaaS company and defining a winning feature roadmap together with the product team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technology definition: defining the software and architectural requirements for new feature and product deliveries
• Implementation & Delivery: planning, allocating and guiding resources effectively across multiple domains, while monitoring and ensuring efficient output of the tech team with adherence to timeline
• Leadership: Managing a tech team of 20+ members, ensuring individual growth and a collaborative work environment that is driven by results
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with the business team to negotiate product deliverables, balancing technical possibilities with business objectives.
• Quality: Ensuring high quality for the end product, both towards the customer and internally
