We are looking for a Videographer and Editor (all genders) to join our Art Direction & Visual Production team of seven to support the production of various internal video projects, work with our brand guidelines and values and provide storytelling for flaconi’s vision. • As Videographer and Editor (all genders), you are responsible for the production of various internal video projects, such as press videos, short social media content creation, regular YouTube episodes as a series, behind the scenes clips, documentary videos of our internal processes and departments, interviews with various employees; as well as videos of external and internal events in which flaconi is involved or which are organized by flaconi
• You work closely with your team lead, art direction, social media and press teams to understand and enhance the artistic vision behind each visual brief, as well as providing your own innovative ideas
• Take responsibility for the whole editing process of various video assets and ensure high quality, color correction, sounds adjustment; responsibility for selection and licensing of music and sound effects to achieve maximum visual impact.
• Working with the graphics department to increase the quality and attractiveness of the videos by adding graphics and animations and other visual elements
• You will be responsible for coordinating shoots and editing, ensuring that projects are completed on time, and work with G-suite, such as Google Presentations, Sheets, Docs and Google Calendar.
• Working closely with the in-house photographers and photo retouchers, monitoring the quality and consistency of your output across all flaconi assets.
• Managing our internal mini-warehouse, taking care of the inventory of all products and developing processes and guidelines for the most efficient workflow.
