Hi there! We are Scale Up and our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our team by managing schedules, handling communications, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- ADVANCED oral and written English Level.
- Preference for candidates with experience working for US/Canada companies and operating within a remote setting.
- Highly organized and capable of creating visually appealing presentations .
- At least one year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct online research, prepare informational documents, and create presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating with other team members.
- Maintain and update databases and internal systems with accurate information.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
