• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a VoIP Engineer
• Expertise in VoIP protocols and technologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• VoIP certifications (e.g., CCIE Collaboration, CCNP Voice) are highly desirable
