The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for entering, tracking, and analyzing all product and associated materials and is the point of contact for all warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reports
  • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
  • Proficient in windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License (preferred) and clean drivers abstract
  • Must be bilingual
  • Applicants must be proficient in English to effectively communicate with our diverse team and clientele. Comfort in speaking and writing in English is essential for performing job duties accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by Manager
  • Maintain and update equipment and product tracking log
  • Manage all electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives
  • Manage warehouse functions, including, but not limited to shipping, receiving and inventory control
  • Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory
  • Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets
  • Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment
  • Answer all incoming calls and email queries; assisting customers, clients and related vendors as needed
  • Other duties assigned as needed
