We’re looking for a dynamic Workday Product Owner/Manager (m/f/d) to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.
Job Description

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead & coordinate: Be the go-to expert for implementing new Workday functionalities, changes, and enhancements.
  • Project management: Use your project management and agile skills to guide initiatives from planning through to delivery.
  • Consult & coach: Help process owners and collaborators design business processes, while offering system recommendations and communicating potential risks.
  • Design sessions: Lead Workday design discussions, helping collaborators and business owners make informed decisions. Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring the best course of action is taken.
  • Build relationships: Maintain strong connections with business and functional leaders.
  • Requirements & documentation: Validate business needs and document requirements for improvements.
  • Stay updated: Keep up with the latest Workday releases and continuously build your product knowledge.
