WHAT YOU BRING
You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
- Background in IT is beneficial
- Preferably some experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc.
- Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
- Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities:
In your role as Workung Student you will support the CTO customer officers in their day-to-day business and get detailed insights of the role of a customer officer. This includes but is not limited to:
- Being responsible for an excellent preparation of customer and partner meetings and a timely follow-up of defined action items
- Understanding the pain points of our most important customers and translating them into improvement initiatives across our organization.
- Providing a coherent update on our strategic customers to SAP’s CTO and other executive levels
- Working closely together with the account teams to identify and support opportunities which enable our customers to become the Intelligent Enterprise
- Managing the relationship with strategic accounts and supporting critical deals sponsored by the CTO
- Supporting strategic initiatives in the customer context by collaborating with other teams, especially the Business Technology Platform (BTP) customer office.
- Identifying and implementing pro-active safeguarding measures such as customer engagement reviews for our top accounts.
- You will be part of the overall board office team and work closely with all team members and other board areas and board offices.
