Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators.
- Analyze as-is processes and support the team in process documentations.
- Support continuously and pro-actively the drive and implementation of improvements of software delivery processes and projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute with new and innovative ideas.
- Evolve internal Wiki channel to SharePoint and continuously drive the change of the same to bring it to one new state of the art platform.
- Provide ad-hoc support to team members to ensure that operations run efficiently.
