Our team is part of the technology development organization and delivers the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP). You will be working in a small conference orga team located in Walldorf. We emphasize teamwork and a trust-based working model. We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are currently looking for a passionate and organized student to join our team in preparation for upcoming developer conferences: re> CAP 2025 and Code Connect 2025.
YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Support the preparation of the developer conferences as part of the organization teamAssist in the coordination and planning of re>
- CAP / Code Connect 2025, including logistics, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Work with different software tools to prepare the agenda, event logistics like ticketing
- Help manage registrations and inquiries from participants, speakers, and sponsors.
- Create a project plan / project documentation
- Contribute to communication activities, e.g. social media posts, emails
- Assist in the creation and support of the conference mobile app
