YOUR ROLE

As an IT Support System Admin Working Student, you will be supporting the IT Team and be part of a globally distributed diverse team at the crossroads of technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1st level support such as responding to user requests, troubleshoot problems etc.
• Supporting in all PC hardware components, desktop operating system software (Windows, MacxOS) and application software
• Monitoring backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
• Recording activities, solutions and other responses to request for service
• Contributing to technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure and standard development
• Assisting users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs
• Supporting and developing different duties/projects as assigned by

• Hold a technical background such as studying computer science or a related field
• Have gathered some preliminary knowledge of computer maintenance (e.g MacOS, Windows, Linux)
• Thrive in a well-structured and organized working mode
• Maintain open communication and positive working relationships with staff.
• Possess a service oriented mindset and outstanding communication skills in English, German is a plu
