Role Overview: As a Health Professional at Vitality Works, you’ll lead the charge in delivering Health Assessments, Injury Prevention, and Workplace Wellness programs to our clients across NSW. This role offers an exciting blend of travel and professional growth opportunities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, or Exercise Science.
  • Accreditation with a relevant governing body (e.g., ESSA, APHRA) preferred.
  • Prior experience in a blue-collar environment is advantageous.
  • Bring energy and passion for promoting health and wellbeing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong multitasking skills.
  • Possess a current First Aid Certificate and Driver’s License.
  • Have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging musculoskeletal conditioning programs
  • Lead interactive Injury Prevention and Manual Handling workshops
  • Provide personalized Health Coaching and conduct comprehensive Health Assessments
  • Perform thorough Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments
  • Inspire and mentor individuals to achieve their health goals through Health Promotion and Toolbox talks

Travel and Work Schedule: Love exploring new places? This role is perfect for you:

  • Week 1: Travel to client sites on Monday, work onsite Tuesday to Thursday, return home on Friday (30 hours/week).
  • Week 2: Flexible hours, with casual work available as needed.
