Do you have a technical background, preferably within electronics and/or computer science and some years of experience as a Patent Attorney?
Do you want to move further into the intersection between trade secrets, patents and design protection, and not least the enforcement of our clients’ rights?
Then you could be the person we are looking for at Zacco – one of Europe’s largest intellectual property consulting companies.

• direct client contact; handling all types of patent issues for clients ranging from small enterprises to multinational companies;
• responsibility for all aspects of the patenting process, in Norway and internationally, within your own client portfolio, including drafting and prosecution of patent applications;
• preparing infringement opinions, validity opinions, and freedom-to-operate analyses; and
• participating in client’s IPR strategies
