Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment (semiconductor preferred). Proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Excel VBA, and SQL. [ Strong understanding of SPC, FMEA, and lean manufacturing techniques.
