This position is located at our Northgate site reporting to the Senior R&D manager. The successful candidate will research and development new and existing products and processers to enable the company to meet its marketing and production objectives.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Project feasibility
• Prototype development
• New ingredient evaluation & approval product costing
• Establishing production methods
• Setting up of factory documentation
• Supervision of factory trials and commercial production
• Development of technical product information including BOMs, production methods, label information, ingredient specifications, product specifications and shelf life evaluation
