You will architect and evolve automation frameworks, lead non-functional testing and mentor engineers across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Non-Functional Testing Define and implement strategies for availability, scalability, security, and reliability testing. Design and execute load, stress, spike, and chaos testing scenarios to validate system behavior under extreme conditions. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics: response time, throughput, resource utilization, and error rates. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to simulate real-world production environments and failure modes. Integrate non-functional testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. Automation Framework Leadership Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, and Jenkins. Drive automation coverage across functional and non-functional domains. Ensure frameworks support white-box, black-box, and API-level testing. Functional Testing & QA Governance Oversee functional test planning, execution, and defect triage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA strategies with business goals.
