Job Description

Sie sind innerhalb unseres globalen SAP S/4HANA Implementierungsprojekts, zusammen mit den IT Team Lead als Business Team Lead für den Versandbereich verantwortlich. Es erwarten Sie innerhalb des SAP Projekts folgende Aufgaben:

  • Implementierung der logistischen Anwendungen bei der unternehmensweiten Einführung des ERP-Systems SAP S/4HANA
  • Überwachung der Umsetzung und ggf. Anpassung/Überarbeitung des Designs
  • Termin und Budgetplanung
  • Abstimmung der abteilungsübergreifenden Prozessschnittstellen
  • Erstellung von Testfallbeschreibungen, Schulungsunterlagen und Enduser-Dokumentation
  • Überprüfung der Ergebnisse von Migrationstests

Nach erfolgreicher SAP Einführung haben Sie folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkt:

  • Übernahme der globalen Prozessverantwortung für die logistischen Anwendungen in SAP
  • Globaler Ansprechpartner für Fragen zum logistischen Prozess (Super-User) und Überwachung des Change Prozesses
  • Übernahme von komplexen internationalen Versandaufträgen inklusive der Abwicklung von Aufträgen mit Akkreditiven unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen, zollrechtlichen und internationalen Ausfuhrbestimmungen

Qualifications

  • kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
  • idealerweise erste Projekterfahrung
  • gute SAP Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise in den Modulen WM, EWM, SD, MM (als Anwender im Fachbereich, nicht als SAP Inhouse Consultant)
  • sehr guter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Team- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
