Description Fitness Floor staff respond to member concerns, keep the fitness floor safe and ensure that the equipment is clean and working properly. Staff members also promote and inform the members of the additional services available to them at The J and assist the Member Experience and Personal Training Supervisors. Schedule and Benefits Varied hours primarily needing M/W/F afternoons and evenings as well as Saturdays and Sundays. Free membership to The J. Essential Functions Respond to member concerns and ideas in timely and appropriate manner Conduct equipment orientations Assist in maintaining a safe and functional work environment Provide excellent customer service to members Responsible for daily sterilization of equipment Educate members on fitness floor policies & enforce these policies Communicate any ideas or fitness floor concerns to Manager, Member Experience.
