KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement creative recruitment strategies to build robust internal and external candidate pools for leadership positions. Proactively source for leadership roles across channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Establish and nurture a network of industry contacts to share talent, gain market intelligence, and adopt best-practice recruiting methodologies. Apply behavior- and competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates' knowledge, relevant skills, and cultural alignment. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for key property and corporate leadership roles. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, and property leadership to ensure a stellar candidate experience. Efficiently manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure streamlined operations and compliance. Regularly generate and analyze key talent acquisition metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and refine recruitment processes. Maintain strict adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws. Uphold and promote Cogir's core values and culture through all recruitment activities. Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
