The Opportunity The Department of Assessment & Taxation (A&T) Collections unit bills more than 200,000 property accounts and collects more than $1billion in revenue each year. Revenues are distributed to cities, schools, and other taxing districts within the County. The Management Analyst I (MAI) position provides entry-level management and performs a variety of property tax duties at varying levels of complexity in a fast-paced customer service environment that requires frequent contact with customers by phone, email, and in person at a lobby counter.
