Description du poste Dans le cadre de nouveaux projets dans le secteur du véhicule industriel, en lien avec les études et la production, vous vous assurez que les fournisseurs gèrent la qualité selon le niveau attendu, de la phase de sourcing à la mise en production série, et appliquent les requis normatifs (APQP, PPAP et IATF16949). Vous sélectionnez les fournisseurs les plus adaptés à l'attribution d'un contrat d'approvisionnement pour un produit. Tout au long du projet vous garantissez un lancement de projet en toute qualité. Vous participez aux revues QCD avec les fournisseurs, mettez en évidence les risques afin de mettre en place les actions permettant de les réduire. Après le lancement de la production en série, vous continuez de suivre et de challenger les fournisseurs grâce à un travail d'amélioration continue et à une approche zéro défaut. Vous pilotez et accompagnez les fournisseurs pour assurer l’amélioration des performances selon les objectifs établis. Vous effectuez des audits, mettez en place des processus de validations industrielles, par exemple, les RTS (revue des spécifications techniques), l'APQP, le PPAP, l'évaluation A-Spice ou encore différents types d'audits. Vous vous constituez et développez votre réseau de partenaires (fournisseurs, acheteurs, ingénierie, usines de production, parties prenantes du projet, service de garantie, etc.) pour comprendre et définir les problèmes qualités fournisseurs (ponctuels et récurrents), résoudre les problèmes et éliminer les causes profondes. La mission nécessite des déplacements en Europe (en moyenne 1 à 2 fois par mois). Qualifications De Formation Ingénieur Généraliste avec une spécialité Qualité, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion de la qualité fournisseur, dans les domaines de l'électronique et du développement logiciel (26262).
