Als Incidentmanager en teamleider ben jij de spil in het snel en effectief oplossen van verstoringen binnen complexe Microsoft Azure- en Microsoft 365-omgevingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat incidenten met minimale impact voor de klant worden afgehandeld, en dat dit proces continu wordt verbeterd. Je bent analytisch sterk, houdt het hoofd koel onder druk en weet prioriteiten te stellen in hectische situaties.

Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het incidentproces, maar ook voor het aansturen van een team van engineers. Als dienend leider bied je structuur, coach je je teamleden en zorg je voor een duidelijke communicatie richting klanten en stakeholders. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid en oplossingsgerichte aanpak hebben klanten vertrouwen in jou en je team.

  • Aansturen en coachen van een team van engineers;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en afhandeling van (kritieke) incidenten binnen afgesproken SLA’s;
  • Analyseren van incidenttrends en initiëren van verbeteracties om herhaling te voorkomen (problem management);
  • Fungeren als escalatiepunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders;
  • Rapporteren over incidentprestaties en klanttevredenheid;
  • Borgen van kennisdeling en documentatie binnen het team;
  • Actieve bijdrage leveren aan het verbeteren van het incidentmanagementproces en bijbehorende tooling;
  • Samenwerken met andere teams zoals change- en servicemanagement om de dienstverlening te optimaliseren.
