At AGL, our Electrification & Innovation (E&I) business is driving Australia’s energy transformation. We’re building a cleaner, smarter future by developing cutting-edge, sustainable, and scalable electrification products – and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about innovation and wants to help shape how Australians live and move in a low-carbon future. Working alongside a dynamic and cross-functional team, you’ll contribute to the development and delivery of game-changing electrification products – from concept to prototype, all the way to market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work closely with the Product Owner to research, define, and iterate on innovative electrification solutions that meet real customer needs.
• Bring ideas to life by developing and testing product features in collaboration with designers, developers, marketers, and other experts.
• Dive into user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights that directly shape product design and experience.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and product performance to generate insights that guide development and strategy.
• Design and run test cases to identify bugs and improve performance, usability, and compliance with regulations.
• Be the glue across functions by maintaining clear technical documentation and contributing to agile teamwork that gets things done.

About you:

• Previous demonstrated experience within a business analysis or product level role, demonstrating the ability to effectively problem solve.
• Experience working on consumer electrification products in Australia.
• Experience creating ad maintaining technical documentation, such as user manuals and/or system architectures diagrams.
• Ability to engage with and manage stakeholders at various levels, including executives and end users.
• Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to systematically identify, isolate and report defects.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross functional teams in an agile environment.
