FUNCTIE INHOUD

Wil je bijdragen aan betere gezondheid voor vrouwen én werkervaring opdoen in een dynamische onderzoeksomgeving? Het Netherlands Women’s Health Research Center (NWHRC), gevestigd in het Erasmus MC, zoekt een enthousiaste en leergierige student assistent communicatie voor 2 dagen per week. Of 2 studenten voor ieder 1 dag.
Het NWHRC is een Research & Innovation Center en richt zich op het verbeteren van de gezondheid van vrouwen gedurende hun hele leven. We brengen academici, beleidsmakers, zorgprofessionals en consumenten samen om inzicht te krijgen in de factoren die de gezondheid en het welzijn van vrouwen beïnvloeden. We coördineren diverse onderzoeks- en innovatieprogramma’s en bouwen aan een landelijk netwerk voor impactvolle samenwerking.

Als communicatie assistent heb je een ondersteunende en veelzijdige rol binnen ons team. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor communicatie en helpt bij het organiseren van bijeenkomsten en evenementen. Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Communicatie: behandelen en doorsturen van binnenkomende e-mails, telefoon en post.
  • Website en intranet: plaatsen van berichten en updates op onze externe website en het intranet.
  • Evenementondersteuning: assisteren bij de organisatie van vergaderingen, evenementen en kleinschalige bijeenkomsten.
  • Organisatie en administratie: agendabeheer en ondersteuning bij diverse administratieve taken.
