Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
• Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
• Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bartending Experience: 1-2 years bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred, with a knack for mixology and staying on top of the latest drink trends.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage guests with confidence, professionalism, and friendliness, while collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Guest-Focused Mindset: You love interacting with guests and are committed to providing an exceptional experience, every time.
• Multitasking Skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with ease, staying organized and efficient during busy shifts.
• Problem-Solving Ability: You stay calm under pressure and can quickly find solutions to keep the bar running smoothly.
