YOUR ROLE

As our global PR & Content Writer, you will play a key role in strategically strengthening our brand voice through high-quality, impactful content to use for the whole Assessio Group. You’ll work with a rich library of existing whitepapers, articles, case studies, and product documentation, and transform them into compelling new PR stories, blog posts, opinion pieces, press releases, and social content.
Together with the marketing team, you will help position Assessio as an international thought leader in the talent and SaaS industry. You’ll help shape the voice of a fast-scaling European SaaS brand—impacting how talent decisions are made across thousands of organizations.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality, strategic content to position Assessio as a thought leader
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with branding and PR goals
• Transform complex insights and existing content into accessible, engaging storytelling
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels
• Monitor industry and macro trends to produce timely and relevant content
• Lead and execute content campaigns from concept to delivery
• Manage and optimize the content budget for maximum ROI
• Understand and balance PR efforts with clear performance insights

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Branding, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in brand & content writing roles
• Proven track-record with PR responsibilities in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of content strategy, market analysis, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English — both spoken and written.
• Bonus points if you:
• have PR playbook and potentially already established PR-related network
• also speak and write Dutch
