Description

We are looking for qualified administrative staff (m/f/d) for the Operations department as soon as possible.

Tasks, skills and responsibilities

  • Independent handling of diverse operational tasks in fund accounting.
  • Monitoring and auditing the proper settlement of securities and derivatives transactions across different asset classes
  • Preparation, review and recording of income such as interest and dividends, as well as the processing of corporate actions.
  • Valuation of fund assets taking into account relevant requirements
  • Participation in daily reconciliation processes, e.g., between bank accounts, systems, and data sources.
  • Calculation, control and reconciliation of net asset values ​​(NAV) in cooperation with the custodian bank
  • Analysis, identification and clarification of deviations and differences
  • Close coordination with internal departments and external partners
  • Preparation, analysis and quality assurance of relevant fund and accounting data

Technical requirements

  • Completed vocational training in banking or a degree with a focus on finance, business administration or a comparable field.
  • Basic understanding of financial products, especially securities and derivatives, as well as an interest in capital market-related topics.
  • Strong IT affinity and confident use of common PC applications, especially MS Excel; knowledge of MS Access or VBA is an advantage.
  • Team-oriented work style and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with a quick grasp of concepts and structured thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
