Essential Duties & Responsibilities:   * Supports information systems at the Bank throughout their full lifecycle including planning and deployment, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning phases in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies. * Oversees deployment, maintenance, and support of core processor applications and servers to ensure availability and security of critical core services in accordance with established SLA’s, procedures, standards, and policies. * Manages, maintains, and supports secure email platform by performing user and policy maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting platform integrations, and message tracking tasks in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies.  * Administers, maintains, and supports database servers by performing user and database management tasks, coordinating with vendors of connected applications, and addressing current or potential performance and security issues.  * Ensures appropriate security and performance of Bank systems by monitoring system management, endpoint security, and event logs on servers, workstations, and SaaS solutions. * Administers, maintains, and supports enterprise data access governance, directory security, and privileged access management solutions to proactively identify and respond to threats related to improper access to internal, non-public information.  * Provides response and remediation of security alerts through direct action and/or in coordination with other members of the IT team in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies. * Performs critical system maintenance to include testing, staged deployment, and auditing of application and operating system patches * Ensures endpoint security products including antivirus, data protection, and monitoring software are properly installed, configured, and maintained in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies.  * Ensures the security and integrity of Bank systems by performing routine vulnerability scanning and remediation, password audits, and system configuration audits in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies. * Administers Microsoft 365 tenant globally by provisioning and managing tenant users, licenses, and resources in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies. * Administers Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, by performing troubleshooting, support, and provisioning of services. * Administers Adobe Enterprise cloud environment by managing users, licensing, document storage, and security of the tenant and coordinating training resources with employees as needed. * Manages and supports centralized print services and printer, copier fleet by carrying out successful deployments, proactive monitoring, and ensuring system uptime in accordance with established SLA’s, procedures, standards, and policies. * Performs and verifies server, workstation, and SaaS back-ups in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies  * Provides tier 3 application and workstation support for end-users with escalated issues in accordance with established SLA’s, procedures, standards, and policies. * Coordinates with Infrastructure team for user provisioning in the Bank’s VOIP system. * Performs administration of Mobile Device Management and vendor enrollment platforms by managing compliance and deployment policies, as well as provisioning and managing devices as needed. * Administers e-signature and secure file exchange platforms by provisioning users, licensing, and managing document storage and templates. * Performs management of user, computer, and group policy objects in Active Directory and in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies. * Performs password resets as necessary and in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies. * Coordinates with Infrastructure team during disaster recovery planning and testing, by overseeing provisioning, maintenance, and validation of workstation and server images for use in mobile recovery deployments. * Performs provisioning, management, and maintenance of security certificates across the enterprise. * Performs user provisioning and management in Board of Directors platform  * Provides oversight, maintenance, and ensures security of sub-systems supporting remote management and communications of HVAC, access control, and emergency services facilities systems. * Performs asset management tasks including license and inventory validation, in addition to oversight of ITSM platforms. * Supports facility acquisitions and relocations in coordination with Infrastructure team by performing hardware moves and working with external vendors as needed. * Develops and maintains procedures and build standards by evaluating, documenting, and validating them against appropriate benchmarks. * Develops and maintains onboarding and request form documentation for systems within the scope of management. * Ensures compliance with regulatory and policy guidance
