This role plays a key part in our HR Transformation initiative, with responsibilities including the collection and analysis of requirements to enhance HR systems such as Oracle HCM. The successful candidate will manage ticket queries in line with service level agreements (SLAs) using our case management system, and contribute to ongoing system improvements through requirement gathering, issue resolution, and change management activities. What you’ll be doing: Enhancing our ATS, Careers site, and CRM, ensuring seamless integration with payroll systems to align with L&G HR policies and processes. Support Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning and Performance, HR Helpdesk) as needed Providing continuous support for payroll and ATS, and assist with Oracle HCM cloud applications.
