Our team is diverse, entrepreneurial, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation, and now we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities
Provide legal support on a wide range of matters to a fast-growing group and its affiliates.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients and providers.
Develop and maintain templates, clause books, and negotiation playbooks.
Manage corporate-related matters with local advisors.
Assist all areas of the business at a global level and across all the Group’s legal entities in the region.
Work proactively with internal and external stakeholders to prevent legal disputes and mitigate legal exposure.
Contribute to the integration of new affiliates and ensure consistency in legal practices and policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to promote compliance and mitigate risks.
Oversee and manage litigation, pre-litigation, and dispute resolution processes, working with external counsel as necessary.
Develop the group’s compliance program in collaboration with the group’s legal team.
Experience
French or Italian qualified lawyer, MBA in private law.
5-8 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience).
Experience in various projects in different countries (France/Italy, and across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa).
Experience with GDPR, commercial law, tax law, corporate law, internal controls and risk management, insurance, intellectual property, brands, procurement, CSR regulations, M&A.
Experience in Italian law.
Strong negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the healthcare sector (a plus).
Proactive, agile approach to embracing new challenges and regulations.
Knowledge of Italian is a big plus
