The Program Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting programs that help early-stage innovators transform ideas into meaningful impact. Manage project plans, internal communications, and timelines for multiple programs simultaneously. Support funder relationships, reporting, and evaluation of program impact. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous program improvement and innovation. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in program administration, project management, or related roles. Domain expertise in science and technology innovation, entrepreneurship, global health, climate change, sustainability, early-stage investing, startup acceleration, or incubation. Experience working with early-stage startups and higher education institutions is highly valued. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver content and trainings in-person and virtually, with a customer-focused approach.
