Job Description The Business Readiness Manager plays a vital role in turning change into meaningful impact for Lifebroker and the customers we serve. Sitting at the intersection of technology, operations and people, this role ensures new systems and ways of working are embraced, understood and embedded into everyday business. The role combines hands-on system administration, including Salesforce CRM support, UAT and campaign management with end-to-end change leadership, Agile delivery support, and continuous process improvement to ensure technology investments deliver tangible business outcomes, enabling Lifebroker to support TAL’s purpose of protecting what matters most to Australians.
