Dans le cadre de son développement, Nexhos XP recrute pour le Whoorks de Nantes un : Chargé d'accueil (H/F) - CDI Au sein de notre Whoorks de Nantes, vous assisterez la Responsable du site, Cécilia, au quotidien. À ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Accueil : Assurer l’accueil physique et téléphonique des clients et des prestataires et gérer leurs accès avec la mise à disposition de badges. Veiller à la bonne tenue de l’espace d'accueil et des espaces partagés. Être à l’écoute des demandes et des réclamations. Gérer le courrier entrant/sortant et la réception des colis. Service / Logistique : Suivre la bonne tenue des espaces de travail, des salles de réunion et des espaces communs. Gérer le réassort des consommables (café, thé, papier, fournitures...) et veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements. Préparer les salles de réunion, installer les plateaux repas, organiser les pauses, et débarrasser après usage. En cas d’imprévus (connexion, fuite, dysfonctionnement...), diagnostiquer la situation et faire intervenir les prestataires si nécessaire. Faire remonter les informations et besoins à la responsable de site pour assurer la continuité des services. Et vous ?
