Reporting to the Head of Design & Product Development, you will be joining a collaborative team where your ideas can make a real impact, and help build the next generation of category-leading products. customers.

THE ROLE:

• Lead end-to-end formulated product development, from concept creation through to production and launch.
• Research and develop innovative product concepts, ingredients and packaging solutions aligned to Allkinds' brand vision and sustainability goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, cost negotiations and critical path timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all products meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage product testing, approvals and documentation processes across all formulated ranges.
• Trade and optimise the product portfolio through range analysis, product reviews and customer insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Retail teams to support successful product launches and provide product knowledge.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Commercially minded Product Development professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passionate about innovation and bringing products from concept through to launch.
• 2-4 years' experience in a similar Product Development or Product Management role.
• Experience managing new product development projects from concept through to commercialisation.
• Experience working with formulated products, including an understanding of ingredients, testing requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and critical timelines.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Product Development, Science, Design, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of cost, margin and product performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, curious and innovative mindset with a passion for creating products customers love.
