Lead Food Services category strategy, including product development and range expansion, using the 4Ps framework (Product, Pricing, Promotion, and Placement). This including private label opportunities. 2. Drive brand building initiatives for Food Services and create strong synergies with the Drinks / Non‑Alcoholic Beverages (NAB) category. 3. Own and manage the P&L for the Food Services category, including margin optimization and performance tracking. 4. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and suppliers to ensure timely logistics, effective stock management, and smooth delivery execution. 5. Lead customer value proposition (CVP) and food offer development, ensuring differentiation aligned with evolving customer needs and trends. 6. Ensure Food Services marketing and promotional activities (Shell Café / Deli2Go) are fully integrated with fuels, convenience retail, payment, loyalty, and digital mobility platforms. 7. Ensure promotion excellence and Day 1 readiness across the retail network. Lead annual category planning and conduct regular sales and business reviews with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. 8. Manage supplier contracts, acting as the primary commercial interface with Food Services partners. 9. Partner with Operations Lead/Team to execute food handling SOP, training, and capability‑building initiatives for Sales & Operations teams, and frontline staff. 10.
