KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Front Desk & Customer Experience Oversee the member and guest experience at the outlet — from first impressions to daily service quality. Guide and support Community Associates to ensure consistent service standards. Anticipate member needs, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold WORQ’s hospitality culture. Conduct workspace tours and support the sales team with leads and inquiries. Operations & Facility Management Oversee workspace readiness, cleanliness, and functionality.
