Elle agit comme un partenaire industriel du groupe en fabriquant des pièces et composants métalliques et plastiques autour de 5 secteurs principaux de production : Moulage Surmoulage Découpe Contacts Circuits Les secteurs d'appui à la production (maintenance, outillage, quai-magasin, etc.) ainsi que les fonctions supports (méthodes, qualité, supply chain, etc.) sont au service de l'activité de production. Vos missions : Assurer le support et la performance au quotidien de la production au travers du cycle d’animation à intervalle court (AIC). Consolider vos compétences en injection plastique et développer celles en mécanique. Appréhender le métier de méthode (injection plastique/surmoulage) : ergonomie, optimisation de l’efficience des moyens, optimisation des flux de production, rédiger des cahiers de charges, création et pilotage d’indicateurs de performance. S’approprier et déployer les outils du Lean Manufacturing (SMED, 5S…). Piloter des projets de transformation de l’atelier (implantation, renouvellement d’outillages, amélioration de lignes automatisées…) et rapporter à l’équipe de direction du site. Supporter les équipes de production sur le terrain. Maitriser les outils de la Productivité main d’œuvre. Profiter du support des ingénieurs titulaires pour gagner en autonomie.
