Responsibilities Assist Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing support. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and quality assurance.
