Additionally, you will provide ongoing service pertaining to the Bank’s remote delivery channels (telephone, website, email, VRU and Mobile Banking) and provide our customers with a clear understanding of the technical aspects of different delivery channels. Your Primary Responsibilities Would Include: Providing our customers with a high level of service. Answering in-bound telephone calls for existing and future customers. Answering calls for the bank’s internal switchboard and routing calls appropriately. Asking probing questions of callers to determine their needs quickly and efficiently. Handling customer inquiries and account maintenance for personal and business accounts. Researching and customer follow-up may be necessary.
