Payroll Administration: Partner with the CPO to support bi-monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Collaborate with managers to confirm payroll details and guarantee accurate pay for all team members. Leave Administration: Oversee and process all leaves of absence, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for employees during key life events. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with employees and leaders throughout the process. Employee Data & HR Systems: Maintain accurate and organized employee data across spreadsheets, files, and HRIS platforms. Lead the transition from manual tracking to a fully integrated HRIS, helping streamline processes and improve the employee experience. Policy, Compliance, and Workplace Programs: Develop, update, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and programs. Support compliance initiatives, safety programs, and company travel administration to keep our workplace safe, equitable, and compliant. 401(k) Support: Partner with the CFO and CPO to manage 401(k) administration, compliance, and employee education. Help employees understand and make the most of this benefit. Employee Engagement & Culture: Lead our annual engagement survey process—from data collection and analysis to presenting insights and action plans that inspire meaningful change. Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to enhance recognition, connection, and overall workplace culture.
