Duties and Responsibilities: Taking and relaying food and beverage orders. Accurately entering orders in the POS system. Communicating with kitchen. Serving food and beverage to members and guests. Checking on guest satisfaction. Handling complaints and concerns of members and guests. Providing food and beverage product knowledge. Using proper serving techniques. Practicing responsible alcohol service. Monitoring patrons for intoxication and arranging taxi service when appropriate.
