The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken English skills and experience with various technologies, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and 2-way radio systems. Additionally, the candidate should possess mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and general construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and flooring knowledge. Having previously worked in a full-service hotel or resort setting, knowing pool and hot tub maintenance is highly desirable. Compensation Information: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Physical Requirement: Heavy, work activities involve handling loads of more than 20 kg, predominately in an indoor setting
