Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 – 40 per week

Your responsibilities will evolve based on the season, but will likely include:

• Social Media Support: Helping plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and email
• Order Fulfilment: Picking and packing customer orders with care
• Customer Service: Replying to customer messages and help resolve issues
• Event Support: Assisting with event planning, prep, and on-the-ground help
• Marketing Tasks: Scheduling content, updating product pages, or brainstorming ideas
• General Admin: Keeping systems up to date and everything running smoothly
• Warehouse Help: Keeping the space organised and jumping in where needed
