Reporting into to the Head of Sales for Growth Markets, you will be focused on driving the success of our frontline lead generation efforts. This role is aligned to our Nottingham office and will require coming into the office 3 days a week to manage and support the team. Responsibilities: Strategic planning and execution – You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, and set goals and targets aligned with the wider business for the SDR team success. Team Leadership and Development – You will recruit, train ad mentor sales representatives. Monitor the team performance and provide coaching to improve results whilst promoting a target driven sales culture. Manage HR processes for underperformance or attendance. Sales Operations and reporting – Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports, forecast sales volumes and use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and customer data Collaboration and communication – Work with marketing, product and key stakeholders to build campaigns and schedule aligned to business requirements. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing campaigns. Your success would be measured using team performance against the sales KPIs.This would be achieved through utilisation and prioritisation of the resource available.
