Some of your day to day as State Manager includes: In partnership with the IPAR executive leadership team, undertake national activities that drive consistency, continuous improvement, and growth of the IPAR business nationally. Monitor branch performance metrics, analyse data, and implement improvement plans to achieve people, quality, and financial targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, key customers, and local teams while supporting business development opportunities. Oversee workforce planning and resourcing to support growth, service excellence, and budget performance. Champion quality, compliance, risk management, and a strong customer‑focused culture across all operations. This position is open to candidates across the region, as well as those considering a move. Relocation support is provided for interstate applicants. Qualifications Allied Health qualification/s preferred however not essential. Post Graduate business/commerce related qualification/s desirable however not essential. Commercial acumen to drive divisional growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities. Strong human resource management acumen, including people risk identification, recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
